Robison Crusoe: a fantastic play by Face2Face

Hi kids,

 A promise is a promise. Here you´ve got your photos of the play we went to see last week. Have a look at this slideshow as a memory of the fantastic play " Robinson Crusoe".It was a modern version of this classic tale written by Daniel Defoe.It was really funny and we laughed a lot, especially when we saw some of our classmates on the stage. Congratulations to the actors!. You did a great job!.

 

Robison Crusoe

Hi kids in third and fourth grades:

On Tuesday 22nd we will go to see a play in English in our school  auditorium. Its title is " Robison Crusoe".The theatre company Face2Face will visit us to perform this version of Robison. Our Robison Crusoe meets with all the same problems and difficulties as Daniel Defoe´s classic hero, but in a C21st context. I think this slideshow on Photopeach is a good way to familiarise  with this version of the story.

Wow !.  It´s snowing in the Artic and in our classroom. Here you can see your drawings about the story " Snowball" . Here you can see the animals that live in the Artic, the eskimos, the igloos....

 And this is the other song we will sing and dance during the show . As the story happens in the  Arctic, the song is " The Polar Roller" ( It´s the Hokey Pokey but polar style). Are you ready?. It´s time to do the Hokey Pokey.

Hi dear kids in first and second grade!

Next week we will go to see a play in English in our school  auditorium. Its title is " Snowball ". As you already know, the story is about an Eskimo girl and her best friend Snowball, a baby polar bear. One of the songs you will have the opportunity to sing along during the show is " If you´re happy and you know it".
